What is an API Credit?
Some APIs do more complex computation compared to others and hence cost more per request. For example, an API thats processing video or images may charge 3 credits per call while another API that does analysis on text may charge you 1 credit per call. To simply pricing for you, we have adopted a credit based model that allows you to get access to all APIs and pay only for what you use.
Do I get charged for failed API response?
You only get charged for API response that return a http status code 200. We require each developer to upload robust test cases which we run every hour to ensure the APIs are operating as per spec. If you observe that an API is returning a success code 200 but isn't giving you the expected results, please contact support who will work with you to troubleshoot the issue.
Do credits expire?
Unused credits roll over to next billing period as long the subscription plan is active. If you cancel you subscription, all unused credits will expire at the end of billing cycle.
Can I check my request volume?
You can keep track of your API request volume and your concurrent request count in the dashboard after you sign up for an account.

Do you have a free plan?
You can sign up here and get 500 free API credits, if you need additional API credits for testing purposes, please contact support.
What happens if I run out of credits before the end of my current subscription?
You can buy credit pack at any time to add more credits to your account. We recommend upgrading your plan instead to ensure your services are live and can handle the increased usage.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time in your dashboard or by contacting support. When you cancel, your account will remain active untill the end of the billing cycle. Please contact support if you wish to delete your account.
Can I get a refund?
Paid Subscription fees are non-refundable. Certain refund requests for subscriptions may be considered by the company on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of the company. If you are unhappy with the service for any reason, contact us or email us at [email protected], and we will work with you to make it right.
Can I change my card details?
You can change your card details anytime by navigating to billing page in your dashboard.
